This page is about this website. Work done inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, not by this page.
This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking
There is no analytics on this site. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no heat maps, no remarketing tags, and no cookies of its own. There is no database behind it. Every page is a static file served as it was built.
That is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly rather than burying: reading this site does not create a record of you here, because there is nowhere for one to go.
What happens anyway, because the web works this way
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare receives the ordinary technical details of each request, including the requesting IP address, the browser and device type, and the time of the request. It uses them to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own terms, and none of it is passed on or combined with anything else.
The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts. That request tells Google the IP address asking for the font file. It is the only third party this site contacts.
What happens to a Patient Voice Scan request
The request form asks for six things: first name, last name, practice name, city, state and email address. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is captured from the page.
Those details are used to identify the practice, run the scan, and send the result back. They are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. If a request does not turn into an engagement, the details are not added to a list and used to keep contacting you.
A scan reads public commentary about a practice, such as reviews published on platforms where that practice already appears. It does not seek out patient records, and it should never be sent any. Please do not include patient health information in the form or in an email.
Email sent to BetterQuality Consulting is received and kept in the ordinary way in order to answer it. Email is not a secure channel. Nothing confidential, clinical, or financial should be sent by email without agreeing a better route first.
Asking what is held, and asking for it to be deleted
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be. Write to joshua.breaux@betterqualityconsulting.com. There is no account to close and no subscription to cancel, because there are neither.
Children
This site sells professional services to practice owners. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the foot of this page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest record.
