Accessibility statement.

A practice that sells patient experience should be reachable by every patient. The same applies to this site.

What has been done

The site is built as plain semantic HTML with headings in order, so a screen reader can move through it by structure rather than by guesswork. Every image carries alternative text, or is marked as decorative where it carries no meaning. Every form field has a label bound to it, not a placeholder standing in for one.

Everything interactive can be reached and operated by keyboard, and shows a visible focus ring when it is. Colour is never the only way information is given. Text sits on backgrounds chosen for contrast rather than for effect alone.

Where the site animates, it respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system. Turn that on and the moving parts stop rather than merely slowing down.

What has not been done

This site has not been audited against WCAG by an independent tester, and no conformance level is claimed for it. Saying otherwise without having tested would be the kind of empty statement this page exists to avoid.

It has been checked with a keyboard and against the browser's own accessibility tooling. That is a floor, not a certificate.

Where it may fall short

Some illustrations on this site are diagrams of how a website is put together. They are marked as decorative and their meaning is carried by the words beside them, but a diagram is still a picture, and a picture is a poorer experience than a sentence for anyone who cannot see it.

Accessibility is part of what gets built into a client site, not an extra: semantic structure, keyboard support, labelled forms, reduced-motion handling and contrast are in the standard build. Each client site carries its own statement, and this page speaks only for this one.
